STORY

A small town called Herrera, located in the department of Tolima, is the home to 58members of the Association of Specialty Coffee Growers of Alto Saldana. The averagefarm size is only 4.5 hectares. They consistently fetch good cup scores and prices for theircoffees.

This regions proximity to the equator matched with a diverse range of microclimatesallows for almost continual harvest throughout the year, offering fresh flavors andcharacter every time. This coffee passes through a washing process as well as detailedsorting after drying.
